In short

Spanish TV Ads has no user accounts, contact forms, advertising or third-party analytics. We do not collect your personal data for any commercial purpose.

Data controller

Nubesol, España. Contact: [email protected].

What data is processed

• Server logs: like any website, the server records the IP address, date, requested page and browser. They are used only for security and operation (legitimate interest) and deleted periodically.
• Search: what you type into the ad search is used to show results and is not linked to you.
• Email: if you write to us, we use your address only to reply.

Third-party videos and images

• Thumbnails: video covers load from the platform’s servers (for example YouTube’s i.ytimg.com). Your browser connects to them and they may log your IP address. They are requested without cookies and without sending the address of the page you visit.
• Player: the video is not loaded until you press play. At that point your browser connects to the platform (YouTube in enhanced privacy mode, Dailymotion, Vimeo or the Internet Archive), which applies its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies or storage.
• News: some cards show images hosted on the original sources’ sites, with the same considerations.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact address. If you believe they have not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
